1978 ford truck cover F100 8 bed

"The cover is very nice, it isn’t a perfect fit, but doesn’t the job. I believe made of quality so far, only had maybe a month. The price was fair and was packaged with care. I wish there was better markings as in front and rear and possibly sides . This was for a 1978 ford truck cover F100 8 bed. I would purchase again for a good value, but as stated not the best fit, but does a pretty good job . ."

"Don't know. . . . I have not taken it out of the box yet but I'm sure the fit is exact and the quality and material used for the cover are the finest. I will be 100% satisfied when I unbox it and put it on my truck for the first time."

Scott C. (5/5)

Not a Guaranteed Fitment

"There’s an extra 18 inches of material at the rear of my trucks bumper making it impossible to secure the cover there because the cover is too long; seems the cover is for a 6 foot bed instead of the five foot bed my Frontier LE. Cover fits very tight over the cab area especially at roof racks; which will potentially create premature fabric wear due to this tightness along with the extra material at the rear catching any wind like a parachute and waving up and down like a sheet on a clothes line. The width is 8 to 10 inches short on the sides. Doesn’t cove the painted areas of my doors bottoms. If I pull it on one side to adequately cover the doors the other side is exposed. Worse truck cover fitment I’ve had to date and my truck is an 2007."

Customer service was absolutely perfect

"I received a cover that didn’t quite fit and when I contacted customer service that person took care of everything in a absolute perfect manor. I received the new one within three days after I shipped back the other one."

Could be more

"The cover does seem to be waterproof which is great. I believe that additional material should be added to accommodate the side view mirrors. As you can see from the photos, there is a lot of excess material at the top of the cab. If there was more room for the mirrors, perhaps that would reduce excess on the cab and perhaps provide more length on each side of the cover. As it stands, one running board is not fully covered. Another inch or two of material on each side of the cover would be an improvement. Using the cover as pictured above would simply not be desirable for a truck parked in the rain. Water will pool up in the bed. I built a "rack" made of PVC pipe to put in the bed and raise the cover so that water will run off each side. It works great and is a necessity."

Fits a little loose but

"Fits a little loose but it does fit. It would be nice if it had more than one tie downs loops. It would help hold it down from the wind and keep truck from getting dust on it when wind causes it to bubble up. Very satisfied."

My opinion

"So far so good. It seems to be working out well. We’ve had rain and it protected it from the rain, but we’re waiting for the summer months to come to see how it holds out. We just purchased it so we’re gonna see how long it lasts."

Robin L. (5/5)

Good quality; smaller pattern

"Had this same cover, a "Platinum" cover for about 8-10 years. It finally essentially fell apart. This new cover appears to be same quality, but it is "shorter" than the previous one. Shorter in height, not length. Am guessing they changed the pattern a bit to fit a wider range of Tacomas. Am in Hawaii, so the cover dealt with lots of sun, humidity, and rain pretty much every afternoon because we're in the coffee belt where it's sunny in the morning, clouds in the afternoon and evening rain pretty often. About the only thing we don't deal with is cold. Good quality, just a slightly smaller pattern. Crew cab 2012 4X4 Tacoma"

Larry M. (4/5)

2021 chevy pickup

"I'm disappointed in the way the cover fits. This is the second cover you sent me that was supposed to be the correct one. I would think it would fit the contour of the mirrors better. I sent a photo of my 2021 chevy truck so you could see the mirrors."

Donald S. (2/5)

F350 extended cab long bed

"So happy I got the cover to protect my new vehicle from uv and everything else. I added a clip and strap to front and used 3 straps between the wheels to hold it on in high winds."
