"The cover quality was good but the fit was poor. The sides were 18” off the ground, the front was so tight I couldn’t even use my hood ornament and the back had so much excess it was like it was for a sedan not a coupe very disappointed after all the reviews of how great the cover’s fit. I had to return it and they still charged me a $20. 00 handling fee another kick in the pants for trusting your product."
"Cover doesn't fit the bottom of my car. I have a Kia Soul and the cover is miscategorized in "Model" as a car instead of an SUV as the Soul is several inches taller than a car. They need to fix that ASAP. They claim I was sent the SUV cover but clearly I wasn't because the cover is for a car and not an SUV. When you choose "CAR" the next screen shows the covers on a car and when you choose SUV the next screen shows the covers on an SUV. I have sent them pictures showing this."

"Greetings, I happily ordered a cover for my 1996 BMW 318ti hatch-back coupe. A valuable car as it has less than 49,000 miles & appears 'new'. The cover is a disappointment in that it fails to cover along the bottom edge of the car, leaving the rocker-panel and wheel arch exposed. There are no 'pockets' for the external rear-view-mirrors. Having other covers purchased and used in the past-this is a disappointment."
"I have clear coat damage and called customer service only to be told it wasn’t the cover. I had no issues with my paint while it sat until after the first rains. Currently, the inner layer of the cover is starting to break apart. I live in socal…. Climate is not this bad. Cover fits great…I question the quality."
